He has prepared a place for us,
And sent  invitations,
To more blessings than imagined;
Beyond expectations.

An angel stands beside the gate,
To welcome us all home.
And will lead us to our Father,
Who sits upon His throne.

There we will find a perfect peace,
And live in harmony.
With loved ones we will meet again,
And special friends we'll see.

It is filled with the warmth of love,
A place of joy and splendor.
The days of struggling and pain,
Are gone forevermore.

Thoughts of Heaven gives us hope,
Of a life that's yet to be.
And God sends an invitation,
With love to you and me.
